World Series MVP?

I'd say Tampa's Offensive MVP was Juan Alfonzo with a .302 avg. 7 HRs and 14 RBIs including the walk-off as the only run in game 1, driving in 4 of our 5 runs in game 3 win and homering in the deciding game 6... J.D. Hand held down the rotation with a 1.50 era in 36 innings going 2-0. Overall the 3 man rotation started all 15 games going an oddly low 4-2(thanks to the tools in the 'pen) but with 109 of the 136 innings pitched. CRod, Callaway and Hand combined to strikeout 91 while only walking 31 and had an ERA of 2.46. My bullpen was terrible but my bench players did go 10-20 driving in 2 and scoring 7 runs, lead by PH wonder(league leader with 29 this season) Tony Prieto and his 5 pinch hits...

Divisional Win Totals

These are the win totals by division over the past 15 seasons
  • AL North 5319 +15 WC +6 WS
  • NL West 5182 +15 WC +2 WS
  • AL South 5159 + 12 WC + 5 WS
  • NL East 5121 + 13 WC + 1 WS
  • NL North 4617 + 2 WC 0WS
  • AL East 4609 +3 WC 0 WS
  • AL West 4494 0WC 0 WS
  • NL South 4404 0 Wc 0 WS

I would say it is pretty clear the AL north has been the strongest with the AL South, NL West and NL East fighting for second...though the WS titles give the AL South the edge
